How we measure performance

Quarterly Performance and Finance Review:

Brent Council reports its performance and budgets every three months against most indicators. This report includes details on spending and activity as well as performance.

Annual Comparison Report:

This compares Brent's performance to other councils in the country and within London. It is published every year.

 

The latest Report is due to be published in December 2008.

 

Best Value Performance Plan:

Each year Brent publishes a summary of its performance against its Best Value indicators. Every council is required to publish this information. A Best Value indicator is there to help improve the quality of council services for its residents.
