Graffiti: our service removal targets

We work to targets set by you.

After we have finished removing graffiti from a property we give you a satisfaction survey to complete. The survey asks questions about the friendliness and politeness of our staff, the standard of health and safety demonstrated by our staff and the quality of our work.

We aim to reach the following targets by April 2009:
 

  • 85 per cent satisfaction with quality of work (currently 70% of customers are satisfied with the quality of work)  
  • 85 per cent satisfied with the condition we left the site in (currently 72% of customers are satisfied with the condition we left the site in)
  • 90 per cent of customers wanting to use our graffiti removal service again (currently 78% of would use our graffiti removal service again).
