Charges for furniture and electrical goods collection:

Please note residents are not allowed to bring vans to the site.
Payment
You can pay using the following methods:
- cheque with guarantee card
- postal order
- debit and credit card
- electronic transaction
However we do not accept cash, as there are insufficient cash collection facilities across the borough.
Concessions
The following table shows to whom we give concessions, and what evidence we need for proof.

Households seeking concessions may only have one free collection of up to five items a year.
