Business waste: local waste disposal contractors

'You are responsible for the storage and disposal of the commercial waste you produce.'
Environmental Protection Act 1990, Sections 34 and 37

The requirements of sections 34 and 47 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 place a Duty of Care on all producers of business waste in that they must ensure all was is stored and disposed of in a proper and safe manner.

This, in most circumstances, would involve arranging a contract with a waste disposal firm who in turn would ensure the supply of a proper storage container and the legitimate disposal of your waste.
