Wembley Masterplan consultation

We invite you to comment on the revised version of its draft Wembley Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This updated version addresses the concerns raised and incorporates the findings from new transport  (.pdf, 3160Kb)and infrastructure (.pdf, 1042Kb) studies commissioned by us.  It was presented to Brent Council's Executive on 15 December 2008 with recommendations for a further round of consultation which has been approved.

The Wembley Masterplan SPD aims to provide a framework for the possible development of the site and the improvements that could be made to the local environment, whilst ensuring the highest standards for urban and architectural design. It provides clear and practical guidance that will be used as a standard to assess any planning application(s) for the area.

Public consultation began on 22 December and ran until the 30 January 2009.

A public meeting took place in Committee Rooms 1-3 at Brent Town Hall on Tuesday 13 January 2009 from 7pm.

An exhibition that presents elements of the revised Wembley Masterplan was available to view in the Foyer of Brent Town Hall, outside the Council Chambers, between 5 January 2009 and 30 January 2009

The proposals were presented at the Wembley Area Consultative Forum on the 28 January 2009, 7pm at Patidar House, 22 London Road, Wembley HA9 7EX
