Our advice service is only available to people living in Brent or Harrow. Our consumer advisors can help you to prepare a case for the small claims court, if it is appropriate, and will accompany you to court. If we are unable to deal with your problem, we will put you in touch with relevant organisations who can help, or the various ombudsmen that handle complaints about certain goods or services. They deal with gas, electric, and water related issues, among others. We cannot not offer advice, or help, in a civil claim where both parties involved are private individuals or businesses.
