We’re half-way through a 15-year programme to create 2,400 new high quality homes, a new urban park, primary school, health facilities and new retail space in South Kilburn.



Wembley is a vibrant and diverse place and is one of the largest regeneration projects in the country, with potential for 11,500 new homes and 10,000 new jobs in the area. 



Alperton Growth Area has been identified as being a suitable location in Brent for the construction of new homes to meet the demands of population growth and the shortage of housing..
