'Brent Start' offers a variety of courses suitable for start-ups, small businesses or upskilling your workforce, such as Digital Skills, Customer Services, Hospitality, English and Maths. Brent Start has three main learning centres across the borough and many of the courses lead to nationally recognised qualifications.

CNWL’s specialist business development team, Leading Edge, offer free advice and support about training to upskill your workforce, including NVQs, short courses, bespoke training and apprenticeships. They provide bespoke training or adapt existing courses/training to fit the needs of businesses for both skills training and professional development. Training can be provided to groups on company premises or at the College depending on the type of specialist equipment required. If you are self-employed they have specialist short courses on offer.
