South Kilburn

The regeneration of South Kilburn will take 10 to 15 years to complete and is almost half way through. It aims to transform the area into a sustainable and mixed neighbourhood and create a real sense of place and belonging.

The South Kilburn Masterplan will deliver 2,400 new homes of which around 1,200 will be made available to existing South Kilburn secure tenants, a new larger urban park and improved public realm, a new primary school and health facilities, new retail facilities and improved environmental standards and a site-wide energy solution.

Granville

The Granville Enterprise Hub and Community Space

South Kilburn Trust in partnership with Brent Council had secured funding to develop the Granville Centre into an Enterprise Hub and Community Space. The new facility will accommodate local start-up businesses that are currently based at the South Kilburn Studios and provide affordable business and community space for hire.

Woodhouse Urban Park

A new high quality urban park has come to South Kilburn. The park is popular with residents and has won both the National Award in the Community Schools and Development Category, and the National and Principal Award for Regeneration at the BALI National Landscape Awards 2016.

Kilburn is served by the Jubilee line, including night tube services at the weekend, the Bakerloo line and overground services from London Euston to Watford. Kilburn offers good connection times to Paddington, Euston and central London.

Kilburn is located on the A5 and provides good access in and out of London. It is 5 miles from the M1 motorway and the A406 North Circular is also nearby.

Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes from Kilburn Park via the Heathrow Express. The Eurostar international terminal at Kings Cross St. Pancras is just 18 minutes from Kilburn station.
