Wembley has a large amount of new commercial space coming online in the coming years, predominantly contained within Quintain’s Masterplan for Wembley Park. Within cheering distance of England’s national stadium and world famous arena, Wembley offers a home for your business that truly lives up to the word ‘iconic.’

Proposed transformation

Wembley Housing Zone
Wembley Housing Zone, along with substantial highway and public realm improvements, will make a significant contribution to plans for Wembley by unlocking development and accelerating the delivery of housing. The Council are focusing on key sites in Wembley town centre, with the aspiration of better connecting the town centre with Wembley Park.

Commercial Space
Wembley Park is already home to 4,000 office workers and in 2016 Quintain (Wembley Park developer) announced that they had secured a pre-let for 59,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space. This agreement has meant delivery of 115,000 sq. ft of office space on Wembley Boulevard.

University Presence
University College of Football Business’ (UCFB) Wembley Campus opened in 2014 in the heart of Wembley Park. A university presence supports and enhances business innovation capabilities, whilst providing access to a skilled workforce and high calibre professionals locally.

Why invest in Wembley
“Wembley is a vibrant and diverse place and is one of the largest regeneration projects in the country, with potential for 11,500 new homes and 10,000 new jobs in the area. It’s also extremely well-connected to central London and further afield; making Wembley a great home for your business.”
