Premises licence - application to remove the designated premises supervisor (DPS) provisions

Where a premises is selling alcohol, the Licensing Act 2003 allows for the mandatory requirement to have a designated premises supervisor (DPS) to be disapplied in relation to a premises licences held by a community type premises such as, for example, a church hall, chapel hall, village hall, parish hall, community hall or other similar building.
