Stopping smoking might be one of the hardest things you'll ever do but it is also one of the best - and you don't have to face the battle alone.

Start your battle on Wednesday 12 March, national No Smoking Day.

If you smoke, giving up is the biggest single thing you can do to improve your health and it can, quite literally, add years onto how long you live.

With our help you are four times more likely to succeed in quitting. More and more people are giving up - last year, Brent supported over 2,370 smokers to quit. 

Brent offers up to 12-weeks of free support for would-be quitters, which includes regular clinics and free or affordable medication.

The Brent Stop Smoking Service team will be at Wembley Park and Willesden Green tube stations on March 12 from 3 - 6:30pm offering support and advice.
