The new-build, situated between Kilburn High Road (east), Brondesbury Road (south), Algernon Road (west) and Victoria Road (north) will also include some 3 bed wheelchair accessible properties.
Cllr Harbi Farah, Brent Council's Cabinet Member for Housing, said:
"We know that our residents in Brent across a wide spectrum of incomes and household types want decent and affordable housing which is why I'm very pleased to see the approval of this application for new homes in Kilburn.
"It is absolutely key to listen to our residents and respond to their needs and we know that affordable housing is a top resident priority. We'll continue working hard to ensure we meet this priority."
