That's why we're proud to be supporting campaigns like 'My Heart Beats for Brent', highlighting the wide range of activities available in our borough.
This course offers an excellent introduction to exercise and nutrition, as well as an opportunity to meet new people. I'm confident that lots of our residents will be keen to try out these sessions, offering a great way to stay fit and healthy."
The first session on Wednesday 9 November is FREE, with the remainder of the course costing just £10. Those who sign up before the 23 November will also be presented with a free pair of flip-flops.
