From rope walks to viper swings, young adventurers are already enjoying the exciting new playground equipment in Alperton Sports Ground which was funded with cash from developers.
Officially unveiled on Tuesday 28 June, the revamped play area now boasts a giant climber to support balance and cooperative play, table tennis and a fully accessible roundabout.
Children of all ages can also test their abilities on the new rope walk and viper swings.
What’s more, the wider grounds have received a makeover, including:
- A new eye-catching art mural
- Extra seating and recycling bins to help keep the park clean and tidy
- More trees and shrubs to help boost local biodiversity (coming soon - planting season Autumn/Winter 2022)
