Release your built up aggression in a controlled and channelled, non contact boxing based class. Boxercise as the name suggests is a class that is based on the exercises that boxers typical include in their workout routines.
Sessions can include a variety of punchbag and pad work as well as skipping, shuttle-runs, press-ups and sit-ups. No physical contact is included in any of our classes.
