Connect 5 is a three day mental health training programme designed to increase confidence and core skills so that you can be more effective in having conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

The focus of this course is to enable you to feel more skilled in working collaboratively with individual adults so that you can help improve their wellbeing.

This training is for anyone who wants to improve their mental health and wellbeing and then to share this knowledge with others within the workplace, home or the community.

Participants will receive certificates upon successful completion.

Please note that the sessions need to be attended chronologically as they build upon each other. So session 1 needs to be attended before you can attend session 2, and both sessions 1 and 2 needs to be attended before you can attend session 3.
