WEEE Recycling

19 February 2018 at 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday to 25 February 2018 at Wembley Library, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ

Don’t bin it! Bring it!!

Has your kettle gone to caput? Headphones gone haywire? Or is your toaster finally toasted?

If you’re thinking of throwing away your small electrical items, don’t bin them, bring them!

That’s where Wembley Library comes in! From 19 – 25 February, all you have to do is bring in your small broken or unwanted waste electricals to our recycling event and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’re providing local residents with the opportunity to declutter their homes of broken or unwanted small electrical items such as alarm clocks, toys, kettles and hair dryers at convenient locations across our boroughs.

By recycling your unwanted items residents can help protect the environment as fewer raw materials will need to be used in the manufacture of new products.

So when you’re popping into the library, take along unwanted electrical or electronic items to ensure it gets recycled and doesn’t end up in the bin!
