Steady & Stable is a 24-week programme specifically designed for people over 50 to help prevent falls by improving balance, strength, and coordination.
Steady & Stable is here for anyone living in Brent who feels unsteady on their feet, is anxious about walking, or is at risk of falling. Our fun and social weekly classes are designed to help you feel fitter, healthier, and more confident. You’ll participate in exercises tailored to your needs, progress at your own pace, and be surrounded by others in similar situations.
At the end of Steady and Stable you’ll be:

- Feel more confident about going out and doing
