Job details
The Headteacher and Governing Body of this inclusive, culturally diverse and vibrant school are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic EYFS Phase Leader from the Summer Term.
The person
We would like the successful candidate to lead phonics. This post would suit someone looking for career development and an opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team, to make decisions for the benefit of the whole school.
Taking the lead across our four EYFS classes, you will demonstrate and inspire outstanding and creative practice, forging strong transitional links with KS1 colleagues. You will have a clear and passionate vision of how children best learn and will have the leadership ability to shape provision and support colleagues in developing their teaching and learning skills throughout the phase.
This post is a senior leadership position and provides a wider opportunity to develop leadership and lead change across the whole school and beyond. This is a very unique opportunity for a reflective and ambitious Early Years Leader who wants to make a genuine difference and who will be genuinely supported in their role.
We offer you personalised support, empowerment, trust to do your role and an excellent supportive staff team to work within. If you are hardworking and ambitious, have the desire to be part of a fun and dynamic team, are focused on giving our children the best possible learning opportunities and have a good sense of humour – we want to hear from you!
