The person
The successful applicant will:
- have qualified teacher status
- be able to demonstrate and lead with honesty, integrity and passion.
- hold the National Award in Special Educational Needs or share a commitment to attaining this qualification with effect of taking on the position.
- be an experienced practitioner with an in-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2014 and all its requirements.
- have significant experience working in early years
- be able to communicate and work in partnership with all stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships with staff, governors, parents and children.
- be able to demonstrate successful leadership experience
