About Nursery/Early years setting
Hopscotch nursery is an Outstanding nursery, we are well established nursery based in Queens Park. We have a mixed and dynamic team and looking to expand with a new exciting team member.
The nursery is closed 5 weeks of the year, 1 week at Easter, 3 weeks in August and 1 week at Christmas.
The person
The right person has to be committed reliable and trust worthy. Has a creativeness mind, is able to provide age appropriate activities and to manage a small team of 4 staffs. Share your skills and support your team.
The role
The right candidate needs to be qualified NVQ Level 2/3 or above childcare qualification. The day to day responsibilities will be to create exciting activities for the children in the room and be responsible for lunch, sleep and garden times when needed. Promote positive relationships and interaction between all adults and children involved in the setting. You will be role modelling your knowledge and best practice to colleagues and delivering the best learning opportunities to the children.
