The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled, motivated, Facilities Manager to join our outstanding team.
- To be responsible, under the guidance of appropriate senior staff, for maintenance, security and facilities management services on school sites & premises.
- To be responsible for the maintenance of a clean and hygienic school interior.
- undertaking regular security checks and identifying security risks;
- monitoring CCTV or surveillance equipment where appropriate;
- monitoring fire safety equipment and carrying out fire drills;
- operating and responding to alarm systems where appropriate;
- liaising with police, security and surveillance contractors;
- provision of emergency access to the school site
