Book a study space

You can now book study spaces at all of our libraries. While using these spaces, we encourage you to remain socially distant from others and wear a face covering throughout your study period.

How to book

Study spaces can be booked up to two weeks in advance. To book a study space or find out about availability, please use the online booking form.

Book a study space or desk
When you have booked a slot, make a note of your booking reference number as this will be needed to amend or cancel your booking.

You can also book a space by contacting libraries or book in person at any of the libraries.

You will need your library card number to make a booking.

Study time slots

Due to an increase in demand, there is a limit on the number of sessions that can be booked, please see available time slots below. These limits will be reviewed and may change.
