Brent Connexions

Brent Connexions will work with older disabled children to ensure they have access to good quality post 16 education, where their ongoing and changing educational and life skills and independence needs will be met. The service works with all young people aged 13 to 19 (up to age 24 for young people with learning difficulties or physical disabilities) and provides information, advice, guidance and support to young people to help them make informed choices about learning and work options and to make effective transitions to adult and working life.
