Award winners and councillors at the ceremony

This week, the council unveiled the winners of this year’s competition at a special awards ceremony with the local business community.

Cllr Shama Tatler, Lead Member for Regeneration, Property and Planning at Brent Council said:

“This was one of our most hotly contested competitions ever with over 100 nominations from businesses across the borough. We were blown away by the entries and the innovation, adaptability and resilience business have shown during the most challenging of years.

“Thank you all for taking the time and effort to apply and for all of your fantastic work.

Best Shop Front - Pinks Nail and Beauty

With a beautiful pink floral display, Pinks Nail and Beauty’s shop front catches the eye of everyone walking down Church Lane in Kingsbury. From manicures to massages, this salon offers a range of beauty treatments in a beautiful pink floral setting.

Best Business Interior - Sweet Eden

Film lighting rental business, Greenkit has committed to making the world of film and TV production greener. From its use of green vehicles and renewable energy to being an accredited supplier for albert, they’ve shown that sustainability is at the core of their business and beyond.

Best Business Partnership - Neasden Business Association

Neasden Business Association is an independent business association formed in 2019 to represent businesses in Neasden town centre. They’ve been able to grow their network to deliver projects tackling anti-social behaviour, tree planting and high street improvement works.
