The new centre has opened to support the one in five adults in Brent without essential digital skills.

Staff will be on hand to support residents through every step of their digital journey, starting with basic digital skills through to masterclasses in Microsoft programmes.

The council is committed to supporting residents to gain the digital skills they need for everyday life and equipping them with the tools they need to prosper.

“

“This centre is the first of its kind in Brent and will play an important role in bridging the digital skills gap in our borough.

“This centre is the first of its kind in Brent and will play an important role in bridging the digital skills gap in our borough.

“Having digital skills opens up a world of opportunities. From accessing important services and staying in touch with loved ones to applying for the jobs of the future.

“We want to ensure nobody is left behind - so if you or your family want to learn the basics or boost your digital skills, please do stop by to see our friendly team.”

The digital skills centre is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

Visit the centre at Unit 8, Central Square, Wembley HA9 7AJ. Located just behind Wembley Central Station, opposite Iceland or call 020 8937 3950.
