The Kixa teachings consist of a simple sequence of punches and kicks that will enable strong self-defence.
Kixa is unique in its discipline in the sense that it also offers holistic side in the form of varying techniques of breath control, incorporated with focused dynamic breathing exercises (Central Power), to clear the mind and enhance the senses.
The overall effect is greater confidence, increased awareness and greater levels of fitness and strength in the body, all in which culminate in stronger self-defence.
