You can swim for free at Vale Farm Sports Centre and Willesden Sports Centre during public swimming sessions if you are:
- five years old or younger
- 60 and over
- a disabled person
- child aged 16 and under during school holidays only (Monday - Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays) - download the Kids Swim Free application form
For details on when the public sessions are (listed as Swim 4 Everyone, Adult Gentle Swim or Early Morning Swim, Lane Swimming or Lane/General Swim on the timetable), please view the pool timetables on the Vale Farm Sports Centre or Willesden Sports Centre page on their websites.
A disabled person needs to present a Disabled Registration Card issued by us (Yellow Registration Card) at the centre's reception to be able to swim for free. To get a card please call:

Older people are required to present their Freedom Pass or any other form of ID at the reception to be able to swim for free.
