Accessing public transport

Transport for London (TfL) offer a range of services to help those who need it, access buses, the Tube or rail.

Staff can provide assistance to help you on and off trains and walk you to another if you need to change. Tactile surfaces and and hearing aid induction loops are also fitted in stations and some buses.

They can offer advice on planning a journey using an accessible route and provide a mentor to help travellers gain confidence and become independent.

You can also request audio or printed accessibility guides.
