Summary

Handy Humans are looking for a keen, proactive individual to join the business and provide administrative support.

Duties and responosibilities

  • Coordinate day to day communications with customers and clients (phone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Monitor, record and track data
  • Coordinate meetings between managers and director on day-to-day basis
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all queries are followed up and confirmation of assessments are sent out in a timely manner
  • Perform documentation checklists for all new recruits ensuring compliance with the recruitment and required check processes
  • General support of the team
  • Appointment booking and conducting interviews
  • Understanding and ability to work with different software’s and systems, (Micro Soft word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Repurpose content received from our Digital Marketing agency ready to be delivered via social media channels
  • Ensure the smooth running of sponsored content delivered through Facebook
  • Liaising with external contacts
