The role and responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone or email

  • Place orders

  • Arrange clients packs to go out

  • Assist in process improvement

  • New client on boarding

  • Prepare quotations

  • Proving excellent customer service via phone and email

 

Key characteristics and skills

  • Minimum 1 year solid administrative experience essential

  • Excellent oral and written communicator

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Effective problem solver

  • Organized and efficient

  • Decisive and ability to use own initiative

  • Computer Skills – Internet and email
