How do I apply?
Visit our jobs section to find the latest vacancies, and apply online for roles. The list is updated frequently, so please check back on a regular basis. If you’re looking for an apprenticeship, you can join our mailing list to find out about new roles.
Our roles are also shared with our network of key employment service provides. If you are registered with Jobcentre Plus, the Work Programme or are linked to an employment service in Brent, speak to your adviser about our latest opportunities. Your adviser will send us your application and help you prepare.
What happens once I've applied?
If you meet the criteria based on your application, we will invite you for an assessment. This could be a workshop, a group interview or a one-to-one session. Depending on the role there may be a number of stages to our assessment.
What happens if I pass the assessment?
If you are successful with your assessment we will offer you an interview with the employer, whilst helping you to make the best impression. If you are unsuccessful we will help you understand why and suggest services where you can access additional support.
Whilst you wait to hear back from your employer interview you can apply for other opportunities.
Throughout the process we will offer you constructive feedback and help you to get the most out of your application with advice, tips and coaching to bring you closer to a job offer.
Contact us if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help.
Take a look at our service directory for a list of our partners who can help you find employment or provide support.
