How the Housing Management Service is organised

To deliver our contemporary housing service vision, we are split into two teams.

The housing management customer service and the housing management property service are mainly operational, providing services directly to tenants and leaseholders.

Housing management customer service

The team is responsible for the following areas of work:

  • Customer experience (contact centre) function
  • estate and tenancy management
  • resident involvement
  • housing rents
  • managing the communal cleaning and ground maintenance service
  • leaseholder services
  • right to buy

Housing management property service

The responsibilities of the property and asset team include:

  • Strategic Asset Management
  • Contracts & Commissioning - planned maintenance
  • Repairs and Responsive maintenance
  • Compliance – keeping you safe in your home
  • Void property re-servicing
