The Housing promise

Our housing service plan sets out our core strategic objectives, which are:

  • To provide a high-performing service to customers across Housing
  • To support and develop employees to provide an excellent service
  • To provide an emphatic and resolution-focused service to all service users
  • To set a high standard in the borough and to be the landlord of choice in Brent
  • Understanding the housing demand in Brent and delivering different options to meet that demand
  • To ensure service delivery is efficient and demonstrates continuous improvement

The service improvement plan sits under the overarching Council Borough Plan. Under the service improvement plan we also have a Housing Customer Experience Strategy, a Housing Income Strategy, and other key documents including our Housing Promiseand Resident Involvement menu.
