Our new Resident Engagement Framework provides you with lots of great opportunities for you to get involved with us. These include being part of a local residents association, attending Talkback, focus groups, neighbourhood walkabouts, scrutinising our services and taking part in online surveys.

As a resident, you are in the best position to tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve. So now’s your chance to make a difference!

The new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will record the ways in which each resident wishes to be involved, and their feedback will be recorded against their customer files. This way, they can be systematically included in any engagement that they would like to be involved in.
