Customer Experience Panel

The Customer Experience Panel (CEP) is the most strategic resident group.  The panel is made up of up to 12 tenants and leaseholders who monitor and scrutinise services provided by Brent Housing Management.  The Panel also champions the views of residents and are consulted on different aspects of services that affect residents living in housing stock owned or managed by the Council.

The CEP are currently recruiting and would welcome expression of interest from potential new members.
