About i4B Holdings Ltd
In November 2016, the council's cabinet agreed to establish a wholly owned investment company. The Company was named i4B Holdings Limited. The Company was set up to own and manage Private Rented Sector (PRS) properties in order to offer affordable PRS accommodation to residents living in Temporary Accommodation.
The Board:
The i4B Board is made up of four directors and a Chair.
Martin Smith – Chair
Martin Smith has held senior posts with Redbridge Council and the Lea Valley Park Authority. He is also a former Chief Executive of both Tower Hamlets Council and Ealing Council.
Councillor George Crane – Director
Councillor Crane was a senior manager at Rolls Royce for 20 years. He is the former lead member of Environment at Brent Council as well as for Regeneration and Growth.
Gail Tolley – Director
Gail Tolley was a secondary school head teacher before moving into local government in 2004. She has held senior positions in London Borough of Camden and Milton Keynes Council. She is currently the Strategic Director of Children and Young People Service at Brent Council.
Peter Gadsdon – Strategic Director of Customer and Digital Services
Peter Gadsdon has held senior positions at both the London Borough of Lewisham and Redbridge Council. He is currently the Director of Performance, Policy and Partnership at Brent Council.
Akintoye Durowoju – Director
Akintoye Durowoju has 23 years of experience in the housing sector, the last 15 in Senior and Executive roles delivering affordable housing and regeneration across London, and East of England.
