London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)
Landlords and agents - stand out from the crowd
Give tenants confidence you are a good landlord or agent by joining the UK's largest accreditation scheme - London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS).
Anyone involved in letting out property/s - from a new landlord with one property to an agent working on behalf of hundreds of landlords can join the LLAS.
Training is provided on everything from start of tenancies, legislation, housing standards to the end of tenancies and draws on local authority expertise to deliver support to London's landlords and agents.
Making renting work for Brent
We support LLAS in providing good landlords and agents, to give tenants a stronger voice and to help them when they have problems with their property.
With so many of our residents renting a home privately and rents rising, it's never been more important to ensure renting works for everyone.
Join thousands of others who are setting the standard for private renting in London.
LLAS was established in 2004. It's administered by Camden Council on behalf of all 33 of London's boroughs.
