New council homes

Council development programme

Brent Council is investing £135 million and has also received £65.61 million from the Greater London Authority (GLA). This will be used to create at least 817 new homes.

In order to create more affordable homes, the council have embarked on an ambitious development programme, with the aim of delivering 1000 new homes over the next five years. Not only are the council providing homes, but they are also working hard to ensure that they are allocated fairly and are as secure as possible.

As part of this the council are committed to engaging with the local community and listening to any views you may have to help shape and develop your local area. If you have any queries, please contact our Senior Development Liaison Officer by email at newcouncilhomes@brent.gov.uk.
