Book a study space

We are glad to reintroduce study space at three of our libraries in line with Covid-19 restrictions. To keep customers and staff safe, we will offering limited number of study spaces.

While using these spaces, you must remain socially distant from others and wear a face covering throughout your study period.

Currently, you can study at The Library at Willesden Green, Kilburn and Wembley libraries.

Please note: If you are bringing a laptop or other device, please make sure they are charged before visiting as we do not have power socket points next to all study spaces.

Food and hot/cold drinks not permitted except water.

Free Wi-Fi available.

As part of our procedure, we require your library card number.

To book study space:

Please call 020 8937 3400 or email Libraries@brent.gov.uk (Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm) and have your library card number ready. Please book 24 hours in advance.

Customers can also book their slots in person.

A customer can book up to two slots per week, two weeks in advance and cannot book more than one study session per day.

Study time slots available:

  • Monday to Friday – 10.30am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 5.45pm (The Library at Willesden Green, Kilburn and Wembley libraries)
  • Saturday – 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.45pm (The Library at Willesden Green and Wembley library)
  • Saturday – 10.30am to 4.45pm (Kilburn library)
  • Sunday – 12pm to 4.45pm (The Library at Willesden Green, Kilburn and Wembley libraries)

Please do not move any library furniture as we have set it up in line with Covid-19 regulations. If you have any concerns with your study table set up then please speak to a member of staff.

Please note if you come after 20 minutes of your start time then your slot will offered to others.

When you come in, please report to the enquiry desk and a member of staff will guide you to your study space.
