Change your vehicle or address details

Replacement vehicles (courtesy / hire car)

If you have a resident permit, we can arrange temporary cover if you are using a courtesy or hire vehicle because your vehicle is being repaired.

To arrange temporary cover please contact our offices on 020 8290 8300. You will be required to provide one of the following proofs:

  • car hire or rental agreement
  • a letter from the garage confirming that your car is being repaired
  • a letter from the insurance company confirming that your car has been damaged.

Change of vehicle (permanent)

If you have changed your vehicle, please call our contact centre on 020 8290 8300, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, except Bank Holidays, so that we may amend your details.

If you no longer have a vehicle, you can cancel your permit.

Change of address

If you are moving out of your current controlled parking zone and not into a new Brent zone, you will need to cancel your permit.

If you are moving to another controlled parking zone within Brent, you will need to apply for a new permit at your new address. You can complete this from your online parking account. Any visitor vouchers that you have under your old address will be carried over onto your new address.
