Paper based Wembley event day permits

Changes to event day parking permits

We are phasing out paper permits for Wembley Event Days. With a new 'virtual' permit, your registration number will automatically be recognised, meaning you will never need to worry about displaying your paper permit again.

Any resident or business currently holding a paper permit will be offered a free virtual permit if they switch before 31 December 2019.

This represents a saving of £15 on the cost of a new parking permit.

How do I apply?

There are three ways to apply for a free virtual event day permit before 31 December 2019.

Call: 020 8290 8300 (select option 3 followed by option 1).

Email: Parking.Permits@brent.gov.uk

VisitBrent Car Pound, 18 – 22 Whitby Avenue, Park Royal, NW10 7SF.

Please note: Event Day visitor permits and Wembley event day place of worship and schools permit will continue to be paper-based. These permits are not subject to this offer and should not be returned.

What happens next?

A Serco customer service representative will talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Virtual permits are valid for three years. It is your responsibility to renew your permit before it expires. However, you will receive an automatic reminder when your permit is up for renewal, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.
