A proposed development of a mixed-use development of up to 700 residential dwellings, in the form of one, two and three bedroom flats and three bedroom houses.

The proposed development is redevelopment of the 0.63 hectare site to provide approximately 250 homes within 2 buildings at a height of up to 63 metres.

A proposed development of demolition of existing 18 and 4 storey buildings comprising 156 dwellings plus basement commercial storage and erection of buildings up to 12 storeys in height of approximately 235 dwellings, ground floor commercial uses, disabled residents’ parking spaces and a 1500 sq.m. public open space.

2018 Land at Argenta House, Argenta Way, London, NW10 0AZ

A proposed development of existing 2 storey light-industrial building housing a silversmith and a small kiosk serving food and drink. The proposed development is for the erection of a residential building up to 28 storeys comprising up to 173 residential units.

2018 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall, South Kilburn Estate

A proposed development of demolition of existing 12, 4 and 1 storey buildings comprising 88 dwellings plus a community centre and erection of two buildings up to 12 storeys in height of 255 residential units, underground parking facilities with disabled spaces, electric vehicle charging points and courtyard gardens.

2018 Land at 10-11 Watkin Road, Wembley, HA9 0NL

A proposed development of demolition of existing buildings and erection of a development of up to 26-storeys comprising commercial uses on the ground floor (approximately 300 sq.m.) and residential use on the upper floors (approximately 280 dwellings) with associated car parking, amenity space and landscaping.

2018 Land at Alperton House, Bridgewater Road, the Boat PH 10-11 348 Ealing Road and 9-10 Abercorn Commercial Centre, Manor Farm Road, Wembley HA0 1EA

A proposed development of the demolition of all the existing buildings on site, and the erection of four blocks up to 23 storeys in height that will consist of up to 475 residential units, up to 3,500 sq.m of commercial floorspace, a new public house, with associated public realm improvements and landscaping.

A proposed development of demolition of existing buildings and erection of a development of up to 26-storeys comprising commercial uses on the ground floor (approximately 300 sq.m.) and residential use on the upper floors (approximately 280 dwellings) with associated car parking, amenity space and landscaping.

2017 - Northfields Site, Alperton 


This Northfields site is bounded by Beresford Avenue to the north, existing warehouses and the Paddington Branch of the Grand Union Canal to the west and south-west, and existing commercial units and the North Circular Road to the south-east.

The proposed development is redevelopment of the 9.15 hectare site to provide up to up to 2,750 homes (a proportion of which will be affordable homes) and a proportion of commercial/employment floorspace (including A1-A5, B, D1 and D2 uses), plus an energy centre to serve the development. It will comprise 12 buildings ranging in height from 5 storeys to 25 storeys.

2017 - Cannon Industrial Estate, First Way, Wembley, HA9 

Redevelopment with a higher educational campus ranging in height between 6 and 11 storeys of approximately 4,800 sq.m. within four linked blocks for the following:

  • Teaching and academic space including an auditorium/lecture theatre, seminar rooms, learning resource centre;
  • Office space to house finance, marketing, student services, welfare, etc.
  • Office space for start-up units/incubator space associated with the emerging knowledge base from UCFB Wembley;
  • Student accommodation for unit to 678 units in a mixture of studios to three bedroom;
  • Ancillary spaces which are likely to include a student learning centre, gym, laundries, outdoor amenity space and coffee bar.

2017 - Fairgate House Wembley


 

The description of the development is:

  • Redevelopment of the site which currently comprises Fairgate House (390-400 High Road);
  • Pittman House (402-406 High Road) and land to the rear, which is currently used for car parking with three buildings (G + 4, G + 16, and G + 23), containing 300 sqm of ground floor retail/commercial floorspace and 189 apartments at upper levels
  • The proposals include a single storey basement, which connects all three buildings and provides back of house, plant and parking areas.

2017 - Fulton Quarter Wembley


The description of the development is ‘an outline planning application for circa 80,000 sqm GEA of development (across 1.679 hectares) from a combination of:

      • C3 Residential: circa 66,000 sqm GEA (circa 800 units);
      • A1-A4 Retail, B1 office, and/or D2 leisure and assembly: circa 5,000 sqm GEA;
      • D1 non-residential institutions: circa 10,000 sqm GEA (or an additional 120 residential units if this isn’t taken up)

The description of the development is ‘the provision of:

2016 - Wembley Stadium

The description of the proposed development is “Temporary Variation to Conditions 3 (Event Cap) and 33 (Temporary Traffic Management) attached to Planning Permission 99/2400.”

 

2016 - 54 Dudden Hill Lane


The proposed development is for the redevelopment of land at 54 Dudden Hill Lane and adjoining land, with a combined area of approximately 0.93 hectares. The proposed development will comprise the demolition of the existing structures on the site and the redevelopment to deliver a mixed use scheme comprising up to 230 residential units and 1,760 sqm supermarket and florists (Class A1), 2,062 sqm of commercial (Class B1), 570 sqm nursery (Class D1), 243sq.m café (Class A3) and 1,827 sqm gym (Class D2). The building are to vary in height between 4 and 9 storeys.

2016 - Peel site, South Kilburn

The proposed scheme is for the redevelopment of the Peel Site, covering an area of approximately 1.44 hectares.

The proposed development is being submitted in the form of a hybrid planning application and will comprise the demolition of the existing structures on the site and a full  planning  application  for  38 affordable housing  units,  64  Private  housing  units,  D1  class floorspace,  D2  class  floor  space,  3  A-class    units,    associated    landscaping,    highways    and    public  realm  improvements,  private  open space, car parking, cycle parking and servicing provision.

In addition to an outline  planning  application  for  4  Affordable  Housing  units,  and  up  to  120  private  units,  with associated landscaping, private open space, and cycle parking.

2016 – Capitol Way, Colindale

The proposed development is for the redevelopment of land at 1-8 Capitol Way and adjoining land, with a combined area of approximately 1.74 hectares.

The proposed development will comprise the demolition of the existing structures on the site and the redevelopment to deliver a mixed use scheme comprising 450 residential units and 3,500 sqm of commercial (Class B1 (a-c) floorspace with seven linked buildings varying between four and ten storeys (including ground floor) plus a basement reaching a maximum height of approximately 84 metres AOD (approx. 34 metres above ground level).

The development will include vehicle, cycle, plant and refuse stores as well as significant landscaping and child play facilities.

 

2016 - Stonebridge School and Annex, Stonebridge

Hybrid planning application comprising: 

  • Full planning permission for the demolition of the Former Adventure Playground
  • the construction of a two-storey building with first floor walkway connecting to Stonebridge Primary School (use class D1)
  • reconfiguration of Stonebridge Primary School’s playground including the provision two Multi-Use Games Areas and the erection of new perimeter fencing
  • the reconfiguration of Shakespeare Avenue to connect to Hillside and the creation of 1.2 hectares of public open space
  • Outline planning permission for the erection of a part three, four and six storey apartment block comprising 16 one bedroom, 25 two bedroom and 10 three bedroom flats (use class C3) at Hillside and 22 three storey houses (use class C3) along Milton Avenue with all matters reserved.

 

2015 / 2016 - Veolia Alperton Depot, Marsh Road, Wembley, Brent HA0 1ES

The description of the proposed development is “Construction of a new building to accommodate the operation of a waste recycling and processing facility to produce Refuse Derived Fuel and associated development including a new weighbridge facility with an office, enclosure for power pack equipment, water holding tank and external waste storage bays.”

2015 / 2016 - Minavil House, Rosemont Road, Alperton HA0 4PZ

The description of the proposed development is “Demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a mixed use building up to twenty six storey development. The scheme comprises of a supermarket and a mix of 263 residential units comprising a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats, a café/community facility and an office.”

2015 - 403-495 Edgware Road

The description of the proposed development is for the demolition of an existing building and erection of a mixed use building (incorporating circa 27 storey building) comprising: 150 residential units (Class C3); 1,375 sqm of flexible Class B1/B2/B8 use; 1,750 sqm of banqueting hall/conference centre (Class D2); 800 sqm gym and fitness centre (Class D2); roof garden/amenity space; basement car parking; servicing; and ancillary works.

The scheme is to include three levels of basement car parking, providing approximately 166 car parking spaces, together with cycle parking provision. The proposal states the development is 0.3 hectares.

2015 - Chesterfield House, 9 Park Lane, Wembley HA9 7RH

Redevelopment of Chesterfield House with circa 240 residential dwellings, with a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom dwellings provided on the upper six floors of a seven storey plinth plus two towers one of circa 21 storeys (49 metres) and another of circa 26 storeys (87 metres).

On the ground floor, a community centre (circa 141 sqm GIA) retail space (circa 410 sqm GIA) will also be provided, together with a public space plus parking for 7 cars and servicing area.

2015 - 34 Wembley Hill Road

217 residential dwellings with approximately 1,682 sqm of ground floor retail space along with associated car parking, amenity space, landscaping and access. The proposal includes vehicular access to South Way and pedestrian access to Wembley Hill Road and South Way.

2015 - Byron Court Primary School, Spencer Road, Wembley, HA0 3SF

Redevelopment of Byron Court Primary School including demolition of the teaching blocks (651 square metres) kitchen facilities (115 sqm) and dining hall (174 sqm) and the construction of new teaching facilities (1,630 sqm), kitchen (142 sqm), a two court sports hall (to also be used as dining facilities) (475 sqm), construction of a non-floodlit Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) (781 sqm) and the reconfiguration of the existing grass playing pitches.

The proposed development will increase the school role from 660 (three-form entry) to 1050 (five-form entry).

2014 - Sarena House

The proposed development is for 277 residential units, which include a mix of apartment units and family houses.

Supporting commercial units (extending to approximately 300 sqm) are also proposed along with associated car parking, amenity space, landscaping and access. The proposal includes repositioning of existing vehicular access and new pedestrian access from Grove Park.

2014 - Temporary theatre off Olympic Way

The proposed development is a temporary theatre on part of the site of the former Palace of Industry, Olympic Way, Wembley. The prefabricated theatre building is likely to comprise approximately 4,200 sqm.

2014 - Montrose Crescent Car Park and 501-507 High Road, Wembley HA0 4YB

Proposal for approximately 182 residential dwellings, approximately 558 sqm of commercial space along with associated car parking (including re-provision of a town centre car park), amenity space, landscaping and access. The proposal includes vehicular access to Curtis Lane and pedestrian access to Curtis Lane, Montrose Crescent and the High Road.

2014 - Brent House 349-357 High Road, Wembley, HA9 6BZ

Proposal for approximately 290 residential dwellings, approximately 500 sqm of commercial space along with associated car parking, amenity space, landscaping and vehicular and pedestrian access from the High Road.

2013 - Moberly Sports Centre

The proposed redevelopment involves the demolition of the existing buildings on site and construction of a new sports centre (including a main swimming pool, studio swimming pool, eight court sports hall, boxing hall, gymnastics hall, gymnasium, studio spaces, reception area, sports centre café and associated wet and dry changing rooms and WCs), a 225 sqm Class A1, A2 or A3 unit and 72 Class C3 'dwellinghouses' comprising 15 houses and 57 apartments.

2013 - Brent Town Hall

The proposed development is for the extension, refurbishment and change of use of Brent Town Hall to create a new French International primary and secondary school on Forty Lane.

A number of existing buildings will be demolished, including the single storey annex building, freestanding garages to the rear and the print room (formerly the mortuary).

2013 - Kingsbury High School Playing Fields

The proposed redevelopment is to provide community sports pitches comprising eight small sided artificial grass pitches, a sports pavilion, 85 car parking spaces and includes modifications to access.

2013 - Gloucester House and Durham Court

The proposed redevelopment involves the demolition of 209 dwellings and the construction of approximately 228 new homes and an energy centre of around 350 sqm as well as a replacement Play Space, associated landscaping, general public space and car parking.
