Enjoy FREE activities to celebrate National Fitness Day 7 September

Vale Farm Sports Centre, operated by Everyone Active on behalf of Brent Council, is hosting a free open day on Wednesday 7 September as part of National Fitness Day, the largest celebration of physical activity in the UK.

There will be a busy timetable of classes and activities from 12.30pm to 9pm.

Activities include:

  • Body Sculpting class 12.30pm to 1.30pm
  • Aqua Aerobics class 3pm to 3.45pm
  • Zumbathon 7pm to 9pm
  • Badminton drop-in sessions 2pm to 4pm
  • Tennis sessions from 3pm to 5pm

The Zumbathon will be to raise money for the Antony Nolan Trust so there will be a £5 entry fee, with all proceeds going to the charity. There will also be stalls from local businesses on the day.

FREE memberships in September to under 16s

Vale Farm Sports Centre, operated by Everyone Active in partnership with Brent Council, is offering free one month memberships to under 16s to help combat the growing obesity issue.

They are offering under 16s the chance to use the fantastic facilities available at the centre, including the state of the art gym, dedicated junior gym sessions and two swimming pools, for no cost.

The offer lasts throughout the month of September. Places are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Parents will need to sign health commitment forms before their children can join the centre.

Everyone Active run Vale Farm Sports Centre with us

Vale Farm has swimming, outdoor pitches and gym facilities as well as sauna and steam facilities.

On some days, sports clubs or groups will have exclusive use of certain parts of the sports centre. Please check with us.

Unisex changing room

A unisex changing room is available at Vale Farm Sports Centre. It provides a private changing room for disabled persons with carers to change to use the pool facilities.

It can also be used to save mothers bringing their sons into the female change and fathers bringing their daughters into the male change. You will require a refundable five pound deposit to use this room so please speak to reception when you arrive at the sports centre.

  • Spaces for 150 cars
  • Please note, parking control is being enforced at the sports centre. For more information please contact the sports centre or refer to the signs in the car park.
