All Brent Hubs are now closed due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. Remember you can log into your My Account where you can manage your payments, apply for benefit and support claims, tell us if your circumstances have changed and access a range of other council services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you do need to speak to someone, the telephone Contact Centre is still open as normal from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Call us on 020 8937 1234.

Communities across Brent are set to benefit from the opening of dedicated hubs which will assist vulnerable residents to access services, seek help and receive support in using online services.

Following the success of the original hub in Harlesden and new Brent Hubs Kilburn, new Brent Hubs will be rolled out in a phased approach over the next two years to additional areas including Willesden, Wembley and Kingsbury and Kenton.

The aim of the hub model is to work with residents who find it difficult to access the support they need through mainstream services. The hub model is focused on supporting people to help themselves and each other, working with them to solve their problems and build knowledge, understanding and resilience.

The hubs will offer a physical space enabling a range of local organisations and voluntary and community sector services to work together under one roof and provide a more localised approach.
