The current challenges that we are all facing with coronavirus (COVID-19), mean that we have to take sensible decisions based on official guidance, and what we feel is the right thing to do for our residents, staff and councillors.
With this in mind, we have made the decision to close some council buildings to protect the safety and wellbeing of staff and residents, and to promote social distancing as per the Government’s current advice.
Brent Civic Centre & Customer Service Centre
The Customer Service Centre is now open 10:30 – 14:30, Monday – Friday.
When you arrive at the Civic Centre, you will be asked to complete a Track and Trace questionnaire, which is essential for the safety of all visitors and staff. By completing it, you are helping us to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and save lives. This is mandatory and you may be asked to leave if you refuse to fill it in.
Customer Services is offering a restricted service at the moment in line with social distancing guidance. This means that there are no Self Service computers available at present.
