Alperton regeneration housing

Alperton has been designated as a Housing Zone by the Mayor of London. This means over 3,000 new homes will be built in the area with a third being classed as affordable. Find out more about Housing Zones from the website.

Status: Completed
440 new homes were delivered on this site, along with 1,000 sqm affordable workspace. S106 funds secured from this development contributed to the towpath improvement works undertaken by Canal & River Trust along this stretch of the canal.

255 Ealing Road, Wembley, HA9

Status: Under construction
This 3–9 storey building comprising of 128 residential units and 277 sqm affordable workspace is due to be completed late 2018.

Minavil House, Rosemont Road, Wembley, HA0 4PZ

This 26 storey development will deliver 251 flats, office space and a supermarket on the ground floor. Brent’s Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission for this scheme in May 2017.

Brent’s Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission for this scheme in August 2017. The scheme to be delivered will comprise of 92 flats and reprovision of a public house or new community facility.
