Church End development update
The following schemes are either under construction, have planning permission or are currently being considered by the planning department.
Church Road car park rear of 189-203 Church Road, London, NW10 9EP
Full planning permission is being sought for the demolition of 205 Church Road with a proposal for a new market square to replace Eric Road Market. The works also include the demolition of a three storey building to the rear of 203 Church Road and the proposal of 34 residential dwellings with ground floor non-residential space.

Full planning permission is being sought by Catalyst Housing Group for the demolition of buildings within 205 and 235 Church Road, and the redevelopment of a section of Church End car park site to the rear of Church Road to erect a part 2,3,4,5 and 6-storey building containing 65 residential units, 298m2 (GEA) retail floorspace, together with 7 car parking spaces.
Catalyst Housing Group, working in partnership with us and Church End residents transformed a derelict building into 27 affordable new homes. Seventeen of these are for affordable rent and 10 are for first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder with shared ownership.
Paradigm Housing has worked closely with us and the Homes and the Communities Agency to build a development of flats, maisonettes and a shop on the site of the derelict White Hart pub. The development contains a total of 76 new homes, with 42 flats offered for sale under an affordable shared-ownership scheme.

Full planning permission is being sought for the part conversion and re-development of existing building to facilitate the erection of a 7 storey building to accommodate D1 use on ground floor and 28 residential units on upper floors. The proposal is for a 'Car Free' Scheme.
