Stage 2: Getting to know Church End

Stage 3: Developing the brief

March to April

Interactive workshops

Join us in a series of interactive online workshops to define how the Masterplan should look to respond to the particular needs of Church End. The outcomes of these workshops will be reflected in an online update setting out the emerging Masterplan brief.

Stage 4: Draft Masterplan

Summer 2021

Online exhibition

The Masterplan team will respond to the brief developed together in stage 3 in a spatial vision for Church End. This will be exhibited for feedback online and via mailout if it is not yet safe to do so in person.

Stage 5: Statutory consultation on the draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Autumn 2021

At this stage, we will be running a statutory consultation ensuring the Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is developed following a rigorous procedure for community involvement.
